Our ministries focus on both ministering to parishioners of St. Mark's and to the larger communities in which we live.
Parish Ministries include:
Lay Eucharistic Visitors
The Gold Club (An organization which strives to bring our church to our elderly parishioners who are no longer physically able to regularly attend church services).
Christian education classes to both our youth and adult parishioners.
Ministries to the larger community include:
LeRoy Community Christian Project - an organization which offers after school programs primary school children, a Teen drop-in center, and Senior Social Daycare.
A "Back Pack" program which provides food on the weekend for the children of families in need of assistance.
A Summer Breakfast Program for needy children of the community up to age 18
During Advent we collect mittens and scarves for local organizations.
We provide Christmas gifts for families selected by the Salvation Army in Batavia.
We support The African Team Ministry which sells hand-made crafts from which the proceeds are given to support this mission.
The LeRoy Food Pantry. Each week parishioners bring bring non perishable food to Sunday services which are then distributed to this organization.
