Administrative Structure:

St. Mark's is truly blessed to have a group of committed Vestry members that, along with our Rector, are responsible for the stewardship of our spiritual life, our financial affairs, and our property. Prayer is an integral part of every Vestry meeting. Each Vestry member is not only required to play an active role in the function of the Vestry, but also to participate in our annual fall Stewardship program, parish committees, departments, and activities. The work of the vestry is supported by three departments; Worship, Ministry and Membership, the Finance Department, and the Building and Grounds Department.

Episcopal Church Women (ECW):

Saint Mark's has a very active ECW and their presence is felt in many various ways. The semi-annual rummage sales are the two largest fund raising events for the church. With the items donated for these rummage sales, ECW is able to do outreach of both financial and material support (clothing and household items). They have donated goods to local agencies such as All Babies Cherished, the YWCA, the Village Green Nursing Home, Heritage Manor, Hope Haven (a rehab facility) and to individual families in need. The ECW also contributes financially to international relief efforts including Episcopal Relief and Development, Heiffer International, and other organizations. Over the years, the ECW has contribute many items that enhance the worship services at St. Mark's, such as communion sets, altar linen, vases, etc. In addition, they also provide supplies for our popular after-service coffee hours

Building and Grounds:

The Building and Grounds committee takes great pride in maintaining the church and it's surrounding lawns and gardens. A group of dedicated members gather one Saturday a month to discuss the needs of the parish as well as work together to carry out repairs and maintenance that are required. This committee is always looking for new members to join them in keeping our church and its surroundings in a good state of repair.

Finance Committee:

The Finance committee is charged with creating and monitoring the church's annual budget, as well as tracking the various investments that make up the Memorial Fund and other endowments. In the addition to the above mentioned items, the Finance committee has provided oversight to the recent compilation of an operations manual for the church, as well as the conduct of a physical inventory of the church's liturgical items and historical artifacts.

Worship, Ministry and Membership:

This department provides oversight for the operation of the Church School, Altar Guild, Outreach, ECW and Memorials.
