February Lay Ministry Schedule: The February 2012 Lay Ministry Schedule and is available now. It is available on the tables in the front and back of the church or it can be downloaded by clicking here.   2012 Offering Envelopes: 2012 offering envelopes are available at the back of the church for all those who indicated on their pledge cards a desire for them. St. Mark's Weekly Announcements As a part of our efforts to further our parish's communication, we are beginning a weekly e-mail notice of events at St. Mark's. If you have any items you would like to include in these e-mail announcements, please get them to the church office by Wednesday morning. Vestry News: Vestry Minutes: Approved Vestry Minutes and May's Treasury Report are posted on the bulletin board for anyone wishing to see them. Next Vestry Meeting: Next regularly scheduled meeting: February , 2012 at 6:15 pm Grace's Kitchen: Selby Davis is establishing a soup kitchen/mealsitee at the Methodist Church. Food and/or monitory donations are welcome. Checks should be made out to LCCP with a notation for Grace's Kitchen. For more information se Selby, call 768-7811 or 738-8882 or e-mail to: selbydavis1@gmail.com.   Ongoing Fundraising Activities: Mickel's Nickels: Take all your 5 cent deposit bottles and cans to Mickel's Nickels on Lake Street and ask that the credit go to St. Mark's. Paper Retriever Recycling: There is a paper recycling bin located on the edge of St. Mark's parking lot. Place all your newsapers, magazines, office & school papers and mail. PLEASE DO NOT place plastic, glass, metal or trash in the bin.

To download the newsletter, click here.   Adult Bible Study: All adults at St. Mark's are invited to attend Adult Bible Study that meets in the Tower Room at the back of the sanctuary at 9:15 am. On January 8, 2012, we will be starting a new book, "I Refuse to Lead a Dying Church", by Paul Nixon. If you would like o participate, we are ordering the books now. They are $10 each. Please include the event name, time and date. Also include contact information. Ushers and Acolytes Needed: We currently have only two people for acolytes at the 8:00 service and 1 person ushering and for 3 people for acolytes at the 10:15 service. If you would like to help in this ministry, please see Colleen or let the church office know.     Broken Links: Oops!
