Greetings,

We hope that you are encouraged by what you see on our website and will plan on joining us for Sunday worship and other scheduled parish events. Saint Mark's is a historic parish and has long played a role in the lives of its congregation members and our Village of LeRoy. While we are indeed proud of our roots and heritage, we are more excited about the community we are now and the one we hope to become.

We are enriched by your presence and hope that we too can make an important difference in your lives. Our mission, which is to proclaim the Gospel through the community of St. Mark's by living our lives to the fullest, according to Christ's example, encourages us to support one another as we reach out to our members, visitors, our Village of LeRoy, Genesee County and the world beyond. We believe that by building community with one another, we become empowered to live as Christ intended, as beloved Children of God. We invite you to come and grow with us in faith and action.

Our worship, our Christian education program, our Outreach projects and our many fellowship events help equip us for our mission and from that place of strength and encouragement we move to care for others outside our doors. Inviting new people into our parish family to share our hopes and their dreams is a pleasure and delight. Please join us for worship this Sunday.

Blessings,

Colleen O'Connor+

Rector

"We welcome you to our celebration of the Eucharist. There is no one here who is ineligible or unwelcome to receive communion. There is no one who is too old or too young; no one who has too many doubts or too few beliefs. This is the altar prepared by a loving God for all creation through the power of Jesus Christ. You, who are part of that creation, are welcome."
