2012 offering envelopes are available at the back of the church for all those who indicated on their pledge cards a desire for them.

Vestry News:
Vestry Minutes: Approved Vestry Minutes and May's Treasury Report are posted on the bulletin board for anyone wishing to see them.

Grace's Kitchen:
Selby Davis is establishing a soup kitchen/mealsitee at the Methodist Church. Food and/or monitory donations are welcome. Checks should be made out to LCCP with a notation for Grace's Kitchen. For more information se Selby, call 768-7811 or 738-8882 or e-mail to: selbydavis1@gmail.com.
Ongoing Fundraising Activities:
Mickel's Nickels: Take all your 5 cent deposit bottles and cans to Mickel's Nickels on Lake Street and ask that the credit go to St. Mark's.
Paper Retriever Recycling: There is a paper recycling bin located on the edge of St. Mark's parking lot. Place all your newsapers, magazines, office & school papers and mail. PLEASE DO NOT place plastic, glass, metal or trash in the bin.

Adult Bible Study:
All adults at St. Mark's are invited to attend Adult Bible Study that meets in the Tower Room at the back of the sanctuary at 9:15 am. On January 8, 2012, we will be starting a new book, "I Refuse to Lead a Dying Church", by Paul Nixon. If you would like o participate, we are ordering the books now. They are $10 each. Swing Sign:
If you or your committee would like to have an upcoming event posted on our swing sign, out in front of the church, please send your request to the church office. Please include the event name, time and date. Also include contact information.
Ushers and Acolytes Needed:
We currently have only two people for acolytes at the 8:00 service and 1 person ushering and for 3 people for acolytes at the 10:15 service. If you would like to help in this ministry, please see Colleen or let the church office know.
